• Access/Egress Procedures: The guards are trained to ensure that only authorized vehicles and persons access the offices and operational areas. They will also ensure that there is no intrusion by unauthorized persons into restricted areas.
• Emergency Procedures: The guards undergo training on how to timely and accurately respond to emergencies and disasters. They will also ensure that the environment is safe and does not pose any dangers to the employees and clients. They will also mitigate any forms of threat to your operations.
• Searching Procedures: Our guards will carry out thorough checks on all items entering and leaving the premises and operational areas. This will curb any loss of small but high-value items and hence completely seal any such loopholes.
• Patrolling: Our guards are trained in patrol procedures and will continuously patrol your premises and surroundings to ensure that there are no suspicious characters or threats to security.
• Reporting and Record Keeping: The guards are well trained in incident reporting and record keeping. They are provided with an Occurrence Book, which they fill out daily. They can also be used as tally clerks to control the movement of stocks in and out of the premises.
• First Aid: The guards are trained in First Aid and shall provide assistance at the assignment site to accident victims.
• Fire Safety: Your operations involve potential risks of fires. Our guards are thoroughly trained and exposed to firefighting skills. They will also identify any objects or exposures that can cause fire and take appropriate measures immediately.

All our day/night guards are normally supervised during each twelve-hour shift, ensuring a guard who is alert throughout the shift, thereby optimizing the customer’s security. The supervisor, on arrival at each property, checks the guard’s alertness, welfare, and turnout before they both patrol the assignment, not only to ensure that all the necessary arrangements are in optimum condition but also to ensure that the guard is fully conversant with the assignment instructions, ensuring that the service level agreement is strictly adhered to at all times. The supervisor then records his visiting times in the in-charge’s checking list, which means that there is an audit trail that would support any incident in the event of an insurance claim. The supervisor signs the guard’s book while the guard, as part of management’s control system, signs the checking list, which means that service levels are always optimal. Guards also sign each other’s books before each shift’s hand/takeover, ensuring that there is an audit trail in the event of an incident; ensuring that any insurance claim would be supported. Our Senior Managers also conduct impromptu checks at Mophen security customer premises to ensure that our supervisors and guards are rendering quality services, ensuring that our client gets the best value for their money.
